Congratulations! We are excited to inform you that ARK wants to invest alongside you and your parents in furthering your education and development, and help you achieve a college degree that will in turn help you attain your dreams.
The ARK College
Scholarship Award can be used to fund tuition, books, supplies and
other critical resources you need for college (the “Award”). ARK commits to support your 4 years in
college provided that:
1. YOU, Scholar
demonstrate:
a. great academic
performance (attendance, grades, awards or professor recommendations)
b. tangible outcome and achievement of your
personal and service goals
c. exemplary
character and growth (leadership, support of fellow ARK Scholars, maturity,
etc)
d. active
participation in ARK Scholar activities and meetings
2. your PARENTS,
family and other support network:
a. continue to invest
and set aside funds for your other needs (lodging, food, transport, etc)
b. achieve and
demonstrate tangible outcome and impact
from their service goals
c. actively participate
in ARK Scholar activities and meetings
3. your MENTOR(s):
a. commit to set
aside time and effort to provide guidance and support
b. actively
participate on a quarterly review with ARK regarding your performance and
growth

want a different future and a path out of poverty.
